Hey, my name is Martin and I am looking for a new tenant for this newly (June 2018) refurbished apartment. Be aware that I am looking for a tenant for the indicated date and for preferably at least 3 months. I am happy to host international people from all over the world and would like to get to know you a little bit better at first. When sending me a message please include information about who you are and what you will be doing in Hamburg. Please only requests from the indicated time period. In order to accept the booking I will need the following documents from you: - Copy of your passport / ID - Work contract or proof of study - Bank statements / proof of income You can send these with messages through HousingAnywhere! I look forward to getting to know you! GENERAL: The attractive, newly renovated 1 room apartment on the 3rd floor is located in a quiet residential area in Frankfurt Niederrad. The apartment has 1 modern and light-filled room, a design kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, oven) and a renovated modern bath room. The 3rd floor can be easily reached via an elevator. The apartment also has a large south-facing balcony, where you can relax from everyday life. A basement is at your disposal as well. LOCATION: Quiet street in a central location, shopping in the immediate vicinity / neighboring house (REWE), various restaurants and shops for daily needs available. Connection to public transport via Rennbahn (line 21) and Gerauer Straße (lines 12 and 19). These lines brings you to City of Frankfurt. 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Frankfurt-Niederrad which goes to the Frankfurt Central Station within 4 minutes or the Frankfurt Airport within 14 Minutes. There is a bus which bring you to the Airport directly as well...

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
